Previous Research

Prior to the current project, the PLE Lab conducted the Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Life Experiences Study. This study was led by two PLE lab researchers who identify as members of the TGD community. Participants completed a one-time survey covering a range of life experiences, both positive and negative. Note that we have since moved from using "gender nonconforming" to "gender diverse," as we believe this better reflects the range of identities within the community.
